CAPS MEETING

Beat 1632 Community Meeting Reminder

Second Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm.  Meetings are held at the SCHORSCH VILLAGE HALL 6940 W. Belmont (on the even months, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, etc.) and at Hiawatha Park (on the odd months, Jan, Mar, May, Jul, etc.). 

C.A.P.S. Stands for Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy.  This innovative program brings the police, the community, and other city agencies together to identify and solve neighborhood crime problems.  Get updated crime stats about our beat, report problems in the neighborhood, and find out about upcoming 16th District police activities.

Community Clubs

Senior Women's Club: Meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 10:00 to 2:00.

Mens Club: Meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:00 until ?

Community Party: Held on the second Saturday of the month in Feb, Mar, May,  Sept, Oct, Dec, from 6:00 until ?

Bowling:  Meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month during September - April.
