6011 W Irving Park Road Chicago

I’ve passed this place a million times, I kept telling myself I have to
go there. Well, I went .... It’s a cute little place. The only
challenge could be parking, because the location is directly across
from the Patio Theatre. The area has a few options with parking,
pay the meter on Irving Pk, or park a few blocks away and walk.
Charlie Noble has a combination of Cold, Hot, Veggie & Vegan
Sandwiches. They use vendors within our community like Joseph
Finest Meats (yummy roast beef) and Sicilia Bakery who have been
around for decades. On my visit, I had the Build your Own
sandwich for $11. You get a choice of meat, bread, cheese, and
toppings. My lunch companion had the CBLT which was a nice
portion of candied bacon, tomato, and lettuce for $9. Each
sandwich came with a free side and a pickle. I know some will say
you can get a sandwich a lot less; but these gourmet sandwiches are
fresh, and delicious.
Besides Sandwiches they have Salads and Soups –
Offering a soup of the day and Chicken Noodle Soup daily.
I had the Cream of Carrot which was a very different and tasteful.
